In the beginning, it was an awkward twelve-year-old girl creating an Instagram account to post memes and stay in touch with friends at a middle school she had just moved away from. A decade later, she was assisting in the management & content creation of six restaurant concepts’ social media pages and thinking of all of the different ways someone could talk about “Saturday vibes”. Now, she owns the entire content & social pipelines for three restaurant concepts (thirteen total locations!) and finds a space anywhere to create content.

Petite Chou is the chic, care-free yet incredibly well put together older sister of Cafe Patachou (Despite Petite Chou being sixteen years younger). The cheekiness in her brand voice is as alluring as her feed. With an average engagement rate of 7.23%, Petite Chou knows what she wants, and clearly knows what you want, too.

Napolese is the friend who is always in town when you are, so you have to walk to the neighborhood spot of a glass of wine on the patio and debrief one another on everything that’s happened in the last seven months.
